    Wildlife Water Station Install

Had to upgrade the waterer in Bandera County so decided to do it right. Went with the Rainmaker Drinker-8. Due to the rock decided to go above ground with the install but set it it quick set concrete and put two aluminum straps in the mix that the waterer bolts to. Also poured some cement up the sides to hold it in place and was careful to not pour around the hose connections in case we needed to replace in the future. Used a stainless steel water hose to run to the tank and then covered it in rocks and poured the leftover quick-crete on top the rocks and sprayed water on it to hold them in place.

The heat about killed us but we got her all finished and very happy with the results.

              Looks great.
Can't wait to see the pics.

Good thing you don't have our rancher's hungry cows - they think them hoses (and my trailer wires) are made of candy .

The green hose in the pic is what we use to pump water from barrels in the truck to the black poly tank. The waterer is plumbed with a stainless hose and it’s covered by the line of rocks and cement. Thankful we don’t have cows here though. The Aoudad and hogs can be destructive enough!

Will place a camera on it soon.
