Just too many details. I can't process the step by step instructions.

I don't think you could air a balloon up with that. What is the purpose?

Well I'll be. So you don't have to remove the valve stem?

Still have to pull the valve stem. At least I do when I use mine.

2 inch pvc this one is 12 inch
                          pvc end cap
                          pvc clean out
3/8 barb with 3/8 mip thread copper fitting
3/8 barb with 1/4 mip thread copper fitting (use with the lock air chuck
                          3/8 npt nutt
1 metal tire stem with value stem removed (the ones I ordered came with 2 gaskets. I used the larger gasket)
1 lock air chuck with inside parts removed
                          2 clamps

I used Teflon tape on this one. where needed. The bigger one I used silicon caulk.

I drilled 5/8 inch hole in clean out and end cap

I threaded the end cap with correct die

The 2 inch tub will hold 3 cups of water.

Should be pretty basic to assemble.
