Very hard to get rich working for someone else. If doing so, the only way I know to do it is to stay out of debt, save your money like a fiend and invest (i.e. mutual funds, etc.). Listen to the Dave Ramsey show (http://www.daveramsey.com).

find the right company that is growing and expanding that has a real niche in an industry , like the oil and gas, i for some reason know the owner of a good company that does work for all the majors.
He is always looking for a good engineer but his other employees dont care much for the owner, HE IS ALWAYS OUT HUNTING.......... LOL

Wonder who he is. Inquire with in if interested...........
