not a bad idea. Being right handed I would rather have it on the other side though. He shows a motion of pulling up the bow. The range finder in this position could interfere with the bow string...just something to watch out for.

Someone on AT was advertising a "Range Snap" that had a special clip that attached to you bino-suspenders but they wanted more than what I wanted to pay. So a couple of months ago I took the one side of my suspenders apart and added a clip just like in the video - I think it will work out ok.

The range finder in this position could interfere with the bow string...just something to watch out for.

So far so good. Not gotten in the way yet. If you are right handed you hold the bow in the left hand. Handy as a a pocket on a shirt.
