What would you do with an extra set of tripod legs?

Well, any ideas? Not the platform or the seat, just the legs. Let's hear it!

Sell em to me at an outrageously low price so I can fix the tripod the stupid cows used as a scratching post.

Other than that, I got nuttin'

I'd either start another tripod build or use them for feeder legs.

buy a cheap 12' tripod with similiar leg dimentions then use these legs along with somebracing to make a 20'+ tripod.

                Dangerous Dan being really dangerous!!!

No trick question, haha. I've found a supply of 10' and 12' tripod leg sets, complete with cross braces and ladder steps. Just wondering if there'd be any interest in them from da' DIY brotherhood!

Sounds like extra material to build on of those lift/skinnin' poles that fits into the receiver of your truck....

Do you happen to have some dimensions on the legs? And a ballpark price?

I was serious about the whole cow thing, they killed a tripod 6 days after I set it up.

I bought a feeder off CL and I was thinking of using a set of cheap tripod legs; buy a winch and voila. A winch up feeder. Original frame that came with the feeder is very weak and I know the hogs will just tear it up
