            Piddled with the seat pan today.

            Changed the hardware that the hinge is bolted to the pan from 1/4" to 5/16". Changed the seat spring bolts from 1/4" to 3/8".

            Oncet I get the studs cut to length....I will weld em in.


            Also found a pic of another bike like mine. May go the same route on the hardtail as he did. Best I have seen so far, while retaining the swingarm.

                I agree. I dont like ape hangers. I dont like drag bars, either. Im gona use Superbike bars. 2-1/2" rise. Kinda like MX bars.

                        The #53 bike is a 78 Honda CB400TI like mine.

                        The flat black bike is an 80 Honda CM400E.

                        The last orange one is a 71 Honda SL350.
