Yesterday, I cut a new door to size and put a couple of coats of sealer on it. I bought it cheap at a surplus yard, it is an interior door but I thought it will work ok for the camper because it is a solid door. I did not find a RV door cheap enough, so I used the old door frame from the camper I tore up.

I don't have it installed yet, but the pick gives you an idea. Let me know what ya think, I thought it turned out pretty good...

That is a good ideal, using an old door with original RV frame. It looks like you bought a fancy RV door
