    We set them with our tractor too. We have a "sleeve" with a flat steel top for longer posts and tougher ground that slides over the post's to keep them from bending. This is the ONLY way to set posts especially if your doing very many!

                  We used hilift jacks and chain. Not always the safest way to do it but nobody got hurt.
