Food Plot

I hunt in the hill country.... what is a good fall and/or summer food plot mixture i could plant? it would defiantely have to be drought tolerant.

whitetail institute whitetail extreme is growing well on my patch of dirt. Of course the brown bag labeled "Oats" given to me by my 80-year-old neighbor is doing the best. I have had bad luck with Tecomante

talk to other hunters in your area and ppl at the seed store. im probably just gonna pour protein and not mess with a spring/summer plot. wheat, oats and rye in fall/winter for whitetails and cattle
