Nice job Jerp, like the design, about 4' in the air and you would be able to do some serious damage!

No, my first thought was to make it easy to take apart but I ended up using so much caulk and Liquid Nails that won't be possible. It's pretty heavy but by putting a few lengths of pipe under it, I rolled it on and off the trailer ramps pretty easily.

Thanks. My son said it looked like the set from his Hansel and Gretel play in the 4th grade!

When I built those three blinds a few years ago, my design started like that ... then I got lazy!

                  I like it!

The camo job is great too ... it's even hard to see the shape of the thing, unless you look at the bottom edge. That means the camo is working, right?

I just finished my octagonal and built it in 8 panels, floor, roof. Very easy to transport. I designed my floor space 65 x 65 x 86 so it gives me plenty of draw space. The windows drop inside the blind. Will try to send pics before i haul it out to the woods for work.

                          Good job Jerp!!!

I like the camo paint with the black tree's. I keep wanting to build one of these and will use some of your idea's when I finally get around to it....

It works! Saturday morning was the first time I had deer around me in the new blind. Two bucks came in - a very young one sporting a spike/fork combo and a 2 1/2 year old 8 pt. They looked right at the blind - them staring at me and me staring at them - from 25 yards away and they never spooked - they hung around for almost half an hour and ate most of my "chum corn". It's like I wasn't even there -

                                Glad it "worked".
