    This is infuriating.

I need a list of these texas cities that have these psycho controlled DA's...sad times when you have to be concerned of jail time defending yourself.

Completely insane ruling. If you have a mob attacking your vehicle and one of them points an ak at you from a close distance how can that not possibly be self defense?

That is one of the dangers of these liberal cities though.

They dont care about the law. You killed one of "their" criminals and must pay. They probably hate him for being an active duty soldier also.

    He definitely deserves a pardon.

Gov Abbott better step up and get a clemency order rolling asap or he’s done as gov.

Texas is purple and headed to being blue thanks to all the big city peeps. Hopefully Abbot does the right thing and pardons him but I don’t see it happening.

Glad I retired and got out quick. I know guys that testified in this case that said he got railroaded. Lead investigator testified to self defense

Wow, thanks for the information gentlemen. It’s a sad state of affairs we live in for sure. I am glad I have my little oasis in poduncville established to live out my days. Hopefully we as Texans can get back in check where we need to be.

This is far past Abbott at this point. We the people should be doing something by now.

The guy was his worst enemy in this case. He did get on Social media and state he would run over and kill protesters before this happened. From my understanding that was a major point in the case and the liberal jury ate it like popcorn. Experts and Detectives testified to self defense and it didn’t matter- There is a reason I encourage everyone I know to get out of there

Absolutely disgusting and another reason that Trump will get convicted no matter what the charges or facts. Soros funded judge and DA and liberal POS jurors all playing politics. One step closer to real shots being fired....

If you are surprised by this you have been living in a bubble.

Laws do not matter in a lawless land.

                            Thank a liberal !

                            Who were the jurors?

The sad part is that he was convicted by a jury of his peers in the Great State of Texas.
