That was in 2003 and I still don’t drink anything with caffeine in it. I don’t know how these people drink those energy drinks the way they do.
I used to love black tea. It really gave me an energy boost-until it gave me AFIB. Now, I try to avoid any caffeine since it can set it off. I keep my Kardia mobile handy. They are cheap.

Had a 28 year old come in the morgue last year. He lived on energy drinks and workout supplements. Looked to be in shape. He heart was just under 1200 grams. The average heart is 3-400 for a male. Was there some underlying family heart issues? Yea, but those drinks and supplements did not help either. I see people mixing pre workout with Mountain dew and can only think of the heart rate they are getting.
