    SCOTUS fed up with

    https://youtu.be/dzsT35UBZ_w

Supreme Court tired of states intentionally writing laws to suppress the 2nd amendment. SCOTUS tells state of NY to shut up. Court of appeals puts a hold on a NY concealed carry law. Basically states write laws they know are un-constitutional. Then the law has to wind through the court system. SCOTUS is tired of seeing this and are planning to vacate all of these types of cases that are currently in the court system.

This should be hitting the fan Jan 3, 2023.

GOOD! If it's true. And they really mean to enforce it.

believe it when I see it.

IF THEY DO: I could see it as a catalyst for widespread unrest.

States—and even municipalities—have been enacting laws that directly and unapologetically contradict the Constitution for years. Nothing new here.

SCOTUS better figure out some enforcement method quickly because the rogue politicians who just DGAF what the court says in a 2A decision will keep writing laws that ignore them.

Unrest by who? This is nothing like the abortion issue.

I don’t see anti-gunners getting too riled up over protecting the 2nd.

I mean, “You have a gun and I don’t like it, so I’m going to.......” What? What are they going to do?

What’s new is the NYSRPA v. Bruen decision. It has some teeth.

We WILL be regaining many of the second amendment rights back.

The lockdowns and mandates backfired as far as anti-gunners are concerned. A lot of people became first time gun buyers and realize how important the 2nd is.

I think this is a key point...alot of folks that lean WAY left remain pretty upset over the lockdown and govt over reach.

we continue to see the effects of it daily in school classrooms and younger generations.

Common ground is had over the way the govt acted...and continues to act.

The day is coming when folks will be madder at .gov than Trump...then the wheels will fall off lol.

never underestimate the left. a series of criminals get killed resisting arrest and the world turns upside down.

SCOTUS going on the OFFENSE will give them all kinds of things to scream about; especially since it's mostly conservative and also because of overturning Roe. Nothing they'd like more than getting rid of 4 or 5 conservative justices.

SCOTUS is not on the offense. There have been rulings by inferior courts that do not align with recent SCOTUS decisions. SCOTUS is just reminding them of recent decisions.

Roe is not, nor has it ever been a Constitutional right.

did you read the title of thread.

kinda sounds like OFFENSE to me instead of sitting back and letting it come to them......IF THEY DO THAT. as I said, I'll believe it when I see it.

I agree about ROE, but it sure upset ~half the country!
