IF it has to be one or the other, ALWAYS Senate! They approve the judicial appointments of the Executive branch! If you have a DemoKraut president and DemoKraut controlled Senate, they can pack the courts with libtard judges! Those are lifetime appointments that can haunt us for a generation! Look what happened because Trump and McConnell got so many judges appointed... No more RvW, shot down anti-2A lower decisions, etc...
