So, listening to news on talk radio and a group, Young Black Lawyers I believe, said they were coming into Texas before elections to instruct people of the proper way to vote by mail and in person. I’ve not voted by mail since I don’t know when, and most of of the time I early vote, and I’ve never had a problem as it seems quite simple.

For these people who need instructions, should they really be voting?

No, if you can’t figure out our system you don’t deserve to vote.
If you can’t read the words vote here in English then you don’t get to vote. If you are not easily provable to be a citizen of this country you don’t get to vote. And at some point if we want to save the country we need to not allow anyone who relies on welfare to vote. You get off welfare you can vote. People with no ski in the game should not have an opinion on how the country operates

It's more of a stall tactic: We can't finish counting because there's still mail in ballots coming in. Meaning, we don't quite yet know how far behind we are and how many dead/fraudulent votes to order.

Meanwhile, the squishy republican polling place heads are more than happy to give hourly updates as to their count.
