    Tucker interview with Kanye

Anybody catch it? I saw some of it on youtube and heard another small portion on the radio.
I see him so differently than I did before and the before was not really knowing very much about him overall.
Kanye quote "I perform for an audience of one and that is God, I don't care what others think".

I watched it. I guess it would somewhat interesting to some people who are interested in politics. I thought it was interesting but not unusual.

More than anything else what I got out of it is how as more Blacks come out as pro Trump or conservative, the more the liberals and progressives go off the deep end.

People like the Hodge Twins, Jesse Lee Peterson, Candace Owens, Brandon Tatum and others who were Black liberals and usually voted for Obama but later opened their eyes to reality.

They all talk about their prior feelings pro Democrat, left leaning, White people are evil beliefs but then had an…. Oh My Gosh awakening.

Even if a person doesn’t follow much of that, you might be able to imagine the names they are being called and the accusations against them for stepping off of the Democrat plantation. In Kanye West’s case, once he publicly supported Trump, he was labeled as mentally ill along with the usual racial slurs from the left.

Kanye is full of himself. He does not however need Hollywood's money or blessing. He got plenty of his own. On the other hand he has triggered the leftist outrage and they will be coming after erthang he got. He should be on the lookout for IRS agents and FBI raids in the middle of the night. He worth about 2 billion and that's enough to make the FEDs drool.

            "I don't care about people's responses".

If only more conservatives thought this way.

              I just watched it.

I think he does have issues articulating himself, but I can't find fault with what he had to say.

Kanye can be a little out there at times, but overall he's had his head in the right place over the years. He calls out the showbiz industry on their bs a LOT.

I didn't watch as I don't really care what he thinks but I guess he's "grown" since this

Yup. Looks like an old video. He certainly seems to be a man of strong faith now. Of course, he could be lying about that. Then again, so could anyone.

… and he didn’t say “I am God”. He said I am “a” god. God of rap? Hip hop? Cool? Making money?

I don’t know but that clip didn’t show him claiming to be God. That is the classic of taking a 5-10 second clip out context.

If a woman says I am a goddess, is she claiming to be holy?

When I was playing tennis quite a bit about 30 years ago, a friend and I were talking to some high school players and mentioned that a neighboring school district had won the district championship in boys and girls tennis for about 7 years in a row. One of the players that we were talking to said, “We call them the gods of tennis”.

I really don’t think they were claiming the other players were deities.
