Novavax questions

So my doc is recommending the Novavax which is a protein derived vaccine developed in the traditional vaccine developed methods.

It was tested on aborted fetal cells which makes it a no for me, but I'm curious, has anyone heard anything about it?

Side effects, after effects, good, bad?

Honestly, at this point I can't see why anyone would want to put any new product designed for covid into their body...covid has proven rushed EUA products are a roll of the dice for your short & long term being.

Yep. I was thinking I might get this one once it was approved but I’ve had Covid already and as expected it wasn’t a big deal at all for me. I take my natural antibodies over this man made juice.

Yep plus every vaccine they've used for it hasn't worked so don't really see a point in getting one.

Oops. Got off track with my previous comment. I would think the known side effects from their test trails would be published and easy to find. Are you not seeing them? Long term consequences are going to play out over the rest of our lives. I’m hoping for the best for those that took any of these shots but fear the worst.

I have followed Novo but now that the virus has mutated so many times and weakened to stay alive I see no point of any vaccine honestly- It is a vaccine. It does have adverse effects like every other vaccine. The Novo has been used in several countries but there is no long term studies.

I don’t do a lot of available vaccines. Most have a lot of metals in them and are designed to do something other than natural immunity

Did your doctor not know any of the short term side effects? If you asked and they didn't know I'd really question why they're pushing a vaccine, or any pharmaceutical, that they themselves didn't know the side effects and potential adverse reactions of.

As far as long term is concerned, we won't know since this hasn't went through any of the long term studies that other vaccines have been subject to.

Only time I see novavax on alternative / sm is with their own advertising...I really think they got to the game too late to be considered a player in the game that was already wound down. I'm guessing the % of folks who took it vs the mrna is so small, we may not be able to gauge.

Most folks were already snake bit & not gonna take anything, complied willingly or forced to get jab'd to keep working...I actually found it quite surprising the OP's dr would even recommend it with all the fallout & known herd immunity coming to a close along w/ the success of eliminating the flu w/ shots over the decades.

Right. Modern medicine is batting .000 on creating an effective vaccine for these type SARs viruses. Not sure why anyone would've expected/still does expect any different outcome for this one.

SB- you are 100% correct. We have had the common cold virus with no vaccine for decades. It is same family as Covid

Its nothing new but the most dangerous variants have come and gone and by virtue of the Omnicron picking up 26 genetic markers but having attenuated symptoms, it is the vax.

If you choose to ignore that little voice of God within you, more power to ya !
