Ran off more Blackies and cats by "looking" bigger than I was. Saw a grizz about a hundred yards off in the Gros Ventre, that got my heart beating into my ears...

Ok, had rocks thrown at me out of nowhere while in deep woods. Whistles and howls. Who the **** throws rocks out of nowhere in Gibbs Creek, WY? Gibbs Creek is where I snuffed a mulebuck. Kicked my *** to get him down out of there.

Next time, I am taking tortillas and salt/pepper.

I would put money on some other hunters being pranksters, before I would default to bigfoot.
Next time it happens, go check it out and see if you can find out what's chunking rocks at you.
I've spent my whole life in the woods, heard a million different weird sounds, I can't remember ever being scared of any of em.
