    Michael Berry kinda sucks now

I used to listen daily but now it seems like every time I turn it on he's interviewing somebody, organizing some plane trip, talking to Matress Mack, or discussing what nachos are the best. Guess I'll listen to more true crime podcasts.

I tend to agree, he does seem to go down some rabbit holes and ask callers about things not even related to their call. But overall I enjoy his show , I believe he will have a national show eventually.

He's doing interviews? He must've cut down to 9 segments instead of 10 about the top 40 songs from this day in 1951.

Same here. Here was my thread on it. Luckily I found "The Clay and Buck Sexton Show" and am absolutely hooked. Straight 3 hours of talk about the important issues of the day/week. Usually an interview during the 3rd hour, but always a good invite...not like the Michael Berry show where he has Roger Doohopper who wrote a book about Palestine poverty in the 80's.

Berry was great, years ago. I don't listen to his garbage anymore. He is condescending, talks like he is an attorney with an attorney attitude, and rarely has good stuff.

I used to listen to MB quite often when I was in Houston. I haven't listened to him much lately. I have really enjoyed Jesse Kelly lately and listen to his podcasts daily. I guess Michael got Jesse into the business and he has kind of passed him up.

His morning show is much better than afternoon show. He has taken a lot of flack from listeners about the interviews. But I agree he has changed and I am sure it is for a national show.

Clay and Buck have grown on me as well. They do not give a crap about hurting feelings.

Condescending. The guy will have elderly callers because thats a major part of his demo. He will literally make fun of their cognitive decline and mute them to laugh at them for his audience. Used to be a good show that wasn’t always that political. Since the Presidential primaries of 2015 his show has been on unbearable. He must be very short in certain aspects of his life wink wink.

Thats the thing that got to me. He mentions 20 times a day to drop him an email about anything. So his loyal listeners like myself who have stood by him since ~2010 send him an email about the new afternoon show format.....and he tells everyone to go effing change the channel then if you don't like it. Well ok then.

Agree. I listen to the podcast and skip segments when I hear it’s an interview. It always seems to be someone seeking a book. Garbage. His 30 minute podcast takes takes me about 5 minutes.

Haven't listened in awhile. Been listening to Chris Salsado in the mornings lately.
