You should have seen the heads explode when I was asked in a morning meeting, back when I was working, and someone asked what I did during the weekend and I replied, ”just a little trapping and killing coons.” The shock and indignation was ridiculous. I acted dumb and asked what the problem was and they said, “you know”. To which I said, “no, really, what’s the problem?” They said, that’s racist.
