Don't get too excited, as it isn't printed by the NIH, it is just a link through the NIH site via PubMed to a Neurology journal, and the article is an Editorial. Still a fantastic op-ed, and great that he (retired neurosurgeon) would go to the trouble of putting together the extensive list of citations, and also that the journal would publish it.
