Base Camp Walker

For a few years just south of Laredo on 83 there have been these man camps that popped up. They are close to Rio Bravo if you know where that is.
They did not show up on Google and I have wondered about them.

This last trip North I saw a Spray Painted sign that said Camp Walker.
