Today is going to be a good day. Just to watch them go nuts.

Roe is one place that the court over stepped. They wrote the law. But that is the job of congress. Congress should pass a law that allows abortion that must be followed across the nation. Hopefully that law will specifically outline when an abortion is allowed and when it is not.

I like this stuff Texas is doing by saying if you can hear a heartbeat - then that is life and you can not kill it. A heartbeat is a specific measure that shows life exists.

I disagrees. It should be the states job, not the feds to come up with laws for these sorts of things. If it was not specifically given to the feds to regulate by the constitution then it should be done by the state.

I’m in the group that this seems to be a made up leak to anger some of the masses to pressure the SC with their decision. Absolutely no reason or benefit for a overturned decision to be leaked involving Roe vs Wade. There has never been a leaked decision that I can think of?

Whoever “leaked” the “already made decision” needs to be hung for attempting to attack our courts at such a high level and it looks like it might’ve been a very left leaning Yale alumni who has corresponded with a specific journalist with Politico previously….

The Today show had two commentators on talking to the host about the leak. Pretty sure one guy said the leak came from the deep state, then immediately tried to correct himself. Can't remember exactly what he changed or said after that as I was passively listening/watching. Tried looking for a clip of it online to no avail.
