These props are ONLY on the Republican primary ballots because the Texas Freedom Caucus put them up.
Personally, I have mixed feelings about this and feel that it is akin to the surveys the party sends to request donations. I guess the Freedom Caucus wants assurance that they are heading in the right direction with libertarian ideas. Whatever...
