The words that have gotten me to 6 or bust seem to be ones with a lot of possibilities. Like one last week I think it was where I figured out *ound by guess two but from there it could be s, f, p, m, r, w, h,b
Do you branch off and try to create a word with those letters to eliminate them?
I haven’t intentionally created words with letters I know are wrong only to eliminate other letters— I guess it could be effective, but not sure. Maybe FARMS in this case or something?

I’ll create new words until around 3 guesses to try to eliminate as much as possible. I’ve struck out the other day when I had 5 letters by 3 and just couldn’t get the right word

I have used words just to eliminate or lock in letters that I have confirmed but in wrong position.

Funny seeing this. My whole family does several a week and we compare. I didn't realize it was getting so popular.

I used the the elimination strategy today and I think it worked.
There were at least four possibilities with one letter remaining. I used one word I knew was wrong to figure out which of the four it was.

I’m changing my starting word up. I was on the “more vowels” theory with AUDIO, but I’m dialing it down to 3 vowels and some high frequency and combination consonants.
