if you're a fat slob with pre-existing conditions , the vaccine itself could be dangerous to your health ..
vaers numbers don't lie even though you'll have a hard time getting to the information using a search engine .. you'll get a few pages of fact checks saying the info isn't true ..
you do realise vaers is a government website and only verified side effect cases are entered ..
which basically means it can no longer be trusted , according to politifact .. they fact checked it and they are the trusted source ...
funny how when the numbers don't fit their narrative it can no longer be trusted...

And to me the idea of putting out information that the best way to combat this Illness and many others is to maintain good overall health is a public service. I know some who have ignored this and I know some that are improving their situation daily. Maybe just maybe if this would have come out 2 years ago a few lost lives and hospital stays would have been avoided? Folks need to wake up- This is not about your health or mine or your neighbors.

At least when I read more than just the headline that’s what I gather.

Running Bear you are correct, the quote was taken completely out of context as she was referring to a study that only involved people who were vaccinated.
The full interview is here, with her comments about the study starting at 2:45.
[ame="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gxZT7ra-oxs"]CDC director responds to criticisms on COVID-19 guidance l GMA - YouTube[/ame]
This is the study report she was referring to:
The study involved 1.22 million people that received one of the vaccines from 12/2020 through 10/2021.
Out of that 1,228,664 people, 2246 acquired COVID (.18% or 18 in 10,000).
Out of the 2246 with COVID, 36 died (1.6%).
Out of the 36 that died, 28 (77.8%) had at least 4 of the 8 defined high risk factors.
The factors associated with higher risk of severe COVID19 outcomes included "age ≥65 years, immunosuppression, diabetes, and chronic kidney, cardiac, pulmonary, neurologic, and liver disease".
