It was a violent terrorist attack. Instigated by Feds and Antifa. One lady even got murdered by a Fed.

There is not a single person in D.C. on your side.

They are there to divide you and milk you as a tax cow.

You can think what happened on the 6th was bad, but to call it a violent terrorist attack is disingenuous.

wasn't it an attack? didn't they storm the capital and cause destruction? if this was the a democrat led attack, most would be screaming for hangings... I am not a Ted Cruz lover, but he is right.

You aren't allowed to bring that up unless you want to be called a lunatic. You also have to ignore the very real instances in the past of them doing exactly that.

                An attack? Really?
Here is the definition of attack

take aggressive action against (a place or enemy forces) with weapons or armed force, typically in a battle or war.

Remind me who was armed? It was hardly an attack.

Sometimes less is more, Ted could have kept his mouth shut instead of playing into the hands
Of the democrats and further politicizing an event that doesn’t come close to what they are describing as an “insurrection” even though not a single person has been charged with terrorism nor insurrection.

semantics... ok they stormed the capital. I dislike the folks that stormed, attacked, rushed (whatever you want to bring out the dictionary and call it) the capital as much as I dislike the anarchists that took over cities like Seattle or Portland. I wish they would punish each and every one of them on both sides. So lets not diminish what these folks did just because we happen to agree with their sentiment as to why they did it.

I agree Ted could have kept his mouth shut. But he is clearly grandstanding (as all these politicians do) and calling it a terrorist attack is his attempt to try to get on the side of the ship that isn't sinking.

It’s not semantics, What a senator says is important so to say there was an attack on the capitol is completely disingenuous and it fans the flames of rhetoric and misinformation.

The World Trade Center was attacked
                        Big difference

If those folks stormed your house would you call it an attack? I bet the capital police and folks in there felt like it was an attack. My point is the protestors were lawless and anarchists and there should be no room for that in this country whatever you call it. I do agree that Ted is trying to get on the other side. I never disagreed with that.

How about the fact the police opened the doors for them .
How about the fact the greatest percentage of them walked around and took pics.
It's not even comparable to the blm\antifa bs.

Some police did and some didn't. It was chaos and out of control. These folks weren't on a tour. They were there to protest and they did it the wrong way.
Don't let their motive for doing what they did, cloud the judgment between right and wrong. It was wrong. It should not have happened. Not to our nations capitol.
