Jabbed status reporting deadline

Has anyone here been fired or penalized for not reporting their status?

We have been given the deadline of 12-31-2021 to report our status. I dont feel like its any of their business and feel its an invasion of my medical privacy.

My dr said they cant and wont release any information to anyone without my written permission so how the heck is this any different.

I understand (their company their rules) but this is seriously wrong. Replace vac status with diabetic status or any disease that effects a certain demographic group ect....

Couple weeks ago our company safety man went around and asked everybody on my crew what our vax status was. He told me I needed to answer not vax, vaxed, or none of our business.
I said none of y’all’s business.
Don’t know if anything is coming down the pipe. On top of that, company I’m working for is selling out their maintenance side. Supposed to be finalized right after the first of the year. Don’t know who will be taking over or what they might have in store.

There is a tx state government website to report mandatory vaxing to the state. It's against lord Abbotts EO. I know this isn't a Vax mandate, but get the state involved anyway. If the state calls and starts snooping around they may change their tune. Got to get more influence involved than you have as an individual.

Just tell them you are not Vaxxed. Don’t quit don’t sign anything if it comes down to it. Have you filed an exemption- SCOTUS is hearing the case in a week

She has been there 20 plus years and won’t get the vaccine.
Fortunately we are in a place where we can get by if she loses here job.
