Ray-Ray, Pookie and the rest are all good boys who were about to attend their daily prayer group when they got caught up in a murder, rape and looting spree after being released on bond from their previous arrest. Because of systemic racism they're forced to commit crimes rather than work.

Harris, Dallas and Bexar counties are absolute sh*t shows when it comes to judges and DA's. Austin's only saving grace is Abbot can muster out DPS to settle things down when APD's hands are tied. But, he has zero influence on the DA and judges.

I've recently seen a commercial where a female "activist" complains of "over-policing" in minority neighborhoods. By the look of her she isn't living in a dangerous hood. I wonder how many people living in these communities complain about over-policing and how many actually want more police presence.
