Something finally came into focus about the vax

Listening to Andrew Wilkow yesterday I finally heard what put all of this into focus. The liberals, both politicians and media, appear to be treating the vaccination for Covid the same as an innoculation, which protects you from getting a disease- get the vax and you are protected hence the rhetoric about this being a pandemic of the unvaccinated. It is now well known that being vaccinated does not prevent you from getting Covid or spreading it to others. The vaccination is more like a theraputic, and lessens your symptoms and increases your survival rate. It is no different than being treated for Covid using the theraputics that are now available if you catch it in the early stage. The only argument that I see for getting the shot is to give you the cushion time you need to begin treatment, especially if you have the comorbidities that lessen your chance for survival. Folks like Ron Desantis need to be in front of every microphone they can and explain it from this perspective- live your life and just watch for symptoms.

If not vaccinated will I die from Covid- depends on your underlying health conditions but chances are no
Will getting vaccinated create other health problems- for some yes

As I see it the liberals haven't got an argument that convinces any reasonably intelligent person that they have to get vaccinated. But I learned long ago that you can't reason someone out of what they don't reason themselves into.

I have been around thousands of strangers. College athletics and touring National Parks for months. I take preventative supplements and horse meds. Wife and I Covid free. Even spent a weekend with a couple that were Covid positive to help take care of them. Didn’t do anything different around them.

If not please go to Spotify and listen. The odds of dying from the vaccine are essentially the same as dying from the virus.
The vaccine is being used as a psychological element to convince people there is only one solution to the problem which is also explained in the pod cast

It may increase ones survival rate from covid.. But it lessons your survival rate in a lot of other areas. Net survival rate is lower IMO once you take this vaccine.

This was actually communicated when the shots (not vaccine) were first available.

The problem is the government and their political arm, the media, quickly buried this information or flat out ignored reporting on it.

The problem IS these folks and the ilk like them that are always crying wolf on something they view as negative, all the while, it is the VERY thing they are involved in.

The double standard is staggering……and, they don’t even hide it anymore. It is sad the amount of people that either ignore it or don’t even recognize it.

Most people who are educated through universities are more incline to trust the professional class and are less skeptical that shenanigans are attached. These people are legitimately worried about getting sick, so they take every precaution to stay healthy, and have no reason not to trust the scientists and professional class giving them information. Most working class people are skeptical of the professional class and need solid information before making a decision.

This all works for everything up until Covid where the professional class tried to force the working class to do something. They have the freedom to be scared, everyone has the freedom to take the shot or not but no one can make someone do something against their will. That’s where the lines got crossed. Luckily our government, constitution and justice system’s checks and balances worked as designed. Now left wing politicians will be voted out for trying to flex too much power and the pendulum will swing back to center. What an amazing job our founders did when designing our republic.

How is my premise off, university educated professional class people especially in blue areas are way more incline to trust the powers that be than uneducated working class. I mean heck, the professional class is usually in management in companies where the working class are employed.
