That will most definitely end up in the courts. And how are they going to determine the status of a non resident since asking such information violates their rights? No ID, come on in and vote. The Democrat way.

Could be why they are testing this in NY. See which way they vote in an area that will go their way anyway.

I bet they are more after the Indian and Middle East vote than Mexican up there.

I have always said, if 80% of Hispanics voted for Republicans, the border would be sealed immediately.

Make no mistake about it. This is an extremely slippery slop. Who ever is pushing this may or may not be using it to try and control future state and national elections. Be assured some of the power hungry folks will be all over this and try to expand which elections illegals will be allowed to vote in.
