Wasn't his first offense. Some years ago he was pulled over for DUI. Gave his brothers name as his own ID.

Maybe I missed it for the Arbery case.. We could argue all day about him running, punching and trying to take the guys gun. But how in the world did the guy driving just videoing get found guilty with the other two?
