That's kind of my thought. They already suck at building out roads. Precinct 5 in Harris County is a prime example. at least a dozen new neighborhoods, a new HS, MS and Elementary, and zero four lane roads. But they will shut down the two lane roads to resurface them. It takes me an hour to get to work, and 30 of those minutes are to go 5 miles on two lane roads, from my house to the Grand Parkway.

          Ok, I’ll play your game.

          1) yes
          2) I don’t know.

          Feel better?

It won’t keep me from voting; that’s what they want and I’m not a quitter.

No reason to bring emotion into the post.
I asked a question....... I voted for Trump and got screwed, are the elections still rigged? Simple question! Does my vote count? Simple question!
As far as quitting, wasn’t even the point

It counts in Texas and your vote on these props will make a difference.

I have not heard anyone speaking positively about prop 2.

I'm glad to see prop 3 and 6.

You can go to Secretary of State web site and read the summaries of each prop. Please vote yes on 3 and 6.

              In case

While there are no candidates on the ballot there are 8 proposed constitutional amendments. You might want to read the summary explanatory statements at https://www.sos.texas.gov/elections/...llotlang.shtml.

I would like to advise paying particular attention to Prop 3 and 6. These prohibit the state from shutting down or limiting religious services (churches) for any reason and establishes residents of nursing homes or care facilities have the right to designate up to 2 people as essential caregivers that cannot be prohibited from entry into the facility for in person visitation and authorizes the legislature to provide guidelines. These stem from the shut downs last year.
