What is catching on is people are refusing to quit. Get fired. That forces the company to be responsible for unemployment wages. That is 26 weeks and almost 100% they will be responsible for an additional 13 weeks. Companies dont want to pay for over 6 months while you sit at home. That is why they want employees to quit. Texas is a “Right to Work” State but ive never heard of anyone denied unemployment since Covid

I'd hope you're right but wouldn't be surprised to see some mandates come down to deny unemployment when terminated for refusing the shots.
