Bulletin From the Department of the Obvious

About a week and a half ago I went to HEB. One of the items I purchased was a small container of tomatoes. They were $1.48. Today that same container was $2.98!!!!
Folks, this rotten bag of oatmeal, aka the president, is trashing our country right before our eyes. Sad state of affairs. SMH.

My wife and I have been watching our food budget the last year. We have added about $100 to our food budget in the last year per month (From $500 TO $600). For the same food we purchased before.

But the inflation we are witnessing is just transitory per the government experts.

Have y'all ever seen a demoKraut come into office and seen things get better? I sure as hell have not! Why people keep voting for them is beyond my comprehension. You can say that they are all the same, repulsicans and demoKrauts, but they are not in some areas...

I told the wife Saturday to spend the extra money and bring me home a nice steak. She doesn’t understand grades. Figures close to 20 should buy a decent steak. Bone in select trash costed this at HEB. A month ago that would have bought Choice Angus.

Good thing I have a full freezer and like rice and beans. I don't believe that many people fully understand the cost of shutting down an economy and what that does to the supply chain. It's gonna get worse. Shoot that extra deer this year and find room in the freezer for it. Meat products are going to be way up there along with everything else.

I doubt 10% have an understanding. Paycheck to paycheck with their head in the sand. I discribe it as willful ignorance.
