Patriot Post - Afghan Disaster Biden or Trump to blame

    Patriot Post - Alexander's Column

A long, but very thorough and comprehensive read.

Notably, two days ago when Crenshaw and other congressional veterans attempted to name, on the congressional floor, their 13 military brothers and sisters killed last week, they were blocked by Democrats.

Combat veteran Rep. Brian Mast (R-FL), who was severely wounded in AFG, protested: "We took a moment of silence with pretty much all Republican veterans, then asked to be recognized to read names [of those killed]. [Democrat leaders] did not acknowledge us, and just closed the House down." Combat veteran Greg Steube (R-FL) also protested: "House Democrats just refused to recognize Republican veterans on the House Floor to read the names of our fallen service members in Afghanistan. That's how far our nation has fallen."
May God have mercy on our country.

Ultimate accountability lies with “we the people”

Too much power has been given to the government for decades and we have refused to reign them in.

Waaaay more than enough to geaux around. War has become politics, and politics has become war! [emoji849]Both amount to losing strategies. I'm glad we are out even as ugly as it was in the last week.

As soon as Bin Laden was dead we should have blasted our way out of there leaving nothing behind long ago. That was Trump's plan and would have happened sooner if the slimy liberals had not had him hogtied with fake impeachments.
Biden and his azz kissing generals didn't retreat. They ran like the yellow dogs they are in total disarray with no plan in place. Total incompetence throughout.
Hundreds maybe even thousands will be slaughtered by these heathen animals and all their blood is on Biden's hands and he is guilty of murder just as if he had cut their throats himself. He even gave Taliban a list of their names so they can hunt them down one by one. That's no different than hiring a hitman to kill someone. This bastage and his handlers would do the same to you and me if they could and thought we were in his way of something. Totally evil people.
One day this will all come back to bite us. Biden and company own this disgrace and must pay the price for it.

Glen, you’re not going to get Oscar to see that the Democrats have been on the wrong side of history through out our history. Slavery, KKK, Jim Crow,Integration, etc. Sure LBJ flipped the script on Segregation, but we also know what he said about it, and why he did it. Fact is, some people are just fence sitters when it comes to their leanings not working so well. I guess they think it appears as if they are objective thinkers, when in truth, I see through the BS.

We're busy with our new phone releases and gov handouts and freebies, nobody sees the big picture anymore.

Oh wowzer........brilliant analysis with zero substance. Thx for your participation and enlightening conjecture. I despise both sides equally, all participated in the actions you listed. Trust and verify does not even apply to political parties, it is about [emoji383] for both. The R's and D's of ...[emoji849]...let's say 1865 are far from the ones of the new millinieum. Any history book shows the transitions based on policy trends. Nothing stays static, nothing. The underclass has been sold out soooo many times it does not even matter. Now the middle class is feeling really disjointed and are loosing their minds......nothing new for the bottom dwellers. Welcome to the party and be ready for political musical chairs as the pyramid scheme is unraveling for folks that never anticipated it. $20 trillion in our tax dollars are gone......military complex is thrilled, VA is over whelmed, ....... wait a few months and geaux to the next mess.[emoji856] As noted by many on TBH, we smashed them 19.5 years ago but decided to nation build and make the same sleezy folks even wealthier. Afghanistan [emoji1023].......the place where empires geaux to die......and that's par for the course! That's in any history book also.[emoji6]

Oscar I agree with you. Both Rs and Ds have done nothing but help themselves for years. I dont agree with leaving Americans there or American assets. Lots of folks dont know that there are many American citizens still there and will be tortured, raped, and beheaded. Now information comes out Biden knew how fast the overturn would be by his conversation in July saying to be dishonest. We need to go get what is left of Our people.

The idea of having 2500 troops in Afghanistan is going to be looking much better by the time This is all said and done.

China Forms ‘New Axis of Collaborators’ With Pakistan and Taliban, Former US Commissioner Says

The communist regime in China has created a new alliance to challenge the United States and Western democracy, according to Johnnie Moore, a former U.S. Commission on International Religious Freedom (USCIRF) commissioner.

They’re creating a new axis of collaborators against the Western democratic order,” said Moore, referring to the alliance of China, Pakistan, and the Taliban, in a recent interview with The Epoch Times’ “American Thought Leaders” program. He called the alliance a “geopolitical catastrophe.”

China has openly backed the Taliban in recent months. In June, China’s foreign minister Wang Yi, at a meeting with his counterparts from Pakistan and Afghanistan, vowed to “bring the Taliban back into the political mainstream.” A month later, Wang welcomed a visiting Taliban delegation led by Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar.

After the Taliban’s swift takeover of Kabul in mid-August, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) quickly welcomed the Taliban’s rise in the war-torn nation, though the Chinese regime has yet to formally recognize the terrorist group.

The Taliban has also seen the CCP as an important ally. In a recent interview with the Italian newspaper la Repubblica, Taliban spokesperson Zabiullah Mujahid praised Beijing as a “main partner” and a “gateway to markets around the world.”

Moore explained that there are three reasons Beijing values a partnership with the Taliban. First, the Chinese regime wants to tap into Afghanistan’s rare earths and other minerals, which are estimated to be worth up to $3 trillion.

Rare earths are 17 elements on the periodic table that are vital in many industries including consumer electronics, defense, and green technologies. Currently, China controls about 80 percent of the global rare earth supply, and has previously cut off its exports as a retaliatory tactic against other countries

Additionally, Beijing wants to control movement across its shared border with Afghanistan, Moore said.

China’s far-western Xinjiang region and Afghanistan share a 46-mile-long border. The Chinese regime fears that Uyghur militants might use the border crossing to launch attacks in Xinjiang, where Beijing has locked up more than 1 million Uyghurs and other ethnic minorities in internment camps.

Most important of all, Moore said Beijing wants to “exploit the current situation in order to diminish the prestige of the United States.”

Beijing has used the chaotic U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan as fodder for its propaganda campaign, painting the United States as an unreliable partner. Most recently, on Sept. 3, state-run China Daily published an article criticizing U.S. democracy. It argued that when the United States “exported” its “model of democracy,” it brought “disaster to the countries concerned.”

The relationship between Beijing and the Taliban is the latest example of a neocolonialism and exploitive foreign policy emanating from the Chinese Communist Party in Beijing, that aims to take advantage of any country and any leader gullible enough to accept their promises, which are almost never fulfilled,” Moore said.

Many developing countries, including Kenya, Nepal, and Mozambique, have become indebted to China after they signed up to China’s Belt and Road investment initiative (BRI). Beijing rolled out the initiative in 2013 to build up trade routes linking China with other parts of the world in an effort to build up geopolitical influence.

Both Pakistan and Afghanistan are also BRI members; the latter signed up to the Chinese initiative in 2016. On Sept. 2, the Taliban expressed the desire to continue being part of the BRI.

That day, Abdul Salam Hanafi, a senior member in the Taliban negotiating team, told assistant Chinese foreign minister Wu Jianghao that the BRI would “contribute to the region’s development and prosperity.”

Moore said: “What they do is they exploit vulnerable countries through leaders in order to advance their agenda.

And what’s happening around the world slowly and what the Taliban will learn, and what Pakistan will learn, and some of these other countries that have chosen to go down this path, is what the Chinese people long ago learned but aren’t allowed to say: The first victim of the worst vices of the Communist Party are its own people, the Chinese people.”

Biden is an idiot and a disaster, but that doesn’t make anyone who disparages him a genius.
I can hit tee ball home runs all day long… so?

You don’t have to be a genius, or a military strategist to know how that went down was idiotic.

On a tee ball size field.......maybe!
