It’s ok. The Prez Is gonna spoon feed us his reasons for all of this today in a live press conference. It’ll all make since after that.

            That’s pitiful
Should have prioritized them over getting Afghans out.

I read that but don't see soldiers/handlers allowing this to happen. I hope it's not true.

Read that it was contractor dogs and the military released them before leaving. Supposed to be some rescue that was trying to get them out before.

The Pentagon is denying reports that it left U.S. military service K-9s in Afghanistan after its Monday withdrawal from the country.

They were probably told to take them to a central facility for evac by some REMF who jumped on the first thing smoking when he realized the Tali were closing in.

"To correct erroneous reports, the U.S. Military did not leave any dogs in cages at Hamid Karzai International Airport, including the reported military working dogs," DOD spokesman John Kirby said in a Tuesday statement. "Photos circulating online were animals under the care of the Kabul Small Animal Rescue, not dogs under our care."

That's basically the same thing he said about all the equipment they left. Those were not our weapons that were left. Those were weapons under the care of the Afgan army.

I’d trade Biden for any dog over there.
