I didn't know there was a "Taliban fighting season" and a "Taliban not fighting season". I have heard a couple of times on the news that this is the prime fighting time for the Taliban- that if we would have waited a few more months the Taliban would have retreated into Pakistan for the winter and we would have had plenty of time to make the exit without it looking like the total chaos it is. What is even worse is that now they are better equipped than they have ever been because the now have all the weaponry and mobile equipment that we have ferried over there over the last 20 years to fight this battle.

Not being handled the best but we needed to be out of there at least ten years ago. There isn't always a morally right or good answer. Those people were doomed the second we got over there. With that said we arent out of there. Another Army Division has been deployed but not before we seceded all ground back to ISIS and the Taliban.

We spent trillions there freeing them from the taliban and training their army.We left millions of dollars worth the equipment and weapons for them to fight with and they collapse within a week!There President ran off with carloads of money and we are gonna send troops back in to evacuate our people,spending millions more in the process.All I see is mainly fighting age men fleeing!These people are cowards and the only thing they understand is a tyrant.Countries like this need to be run by warlords and they always will,there’s no amount of money or lives we can give to help them.I feel sad for the women and children but the men are cowards!

No one can hold one with a plane traveling several hundred miles an hour, no oxygen, and near freezing temps as they climb. Most of those were blown off during takeoff. Sad state of affairs. Why leave them any munitions & equipment , the cowardly sheep will just drop them in the sand & run. Probably even willingly walk to a ditch to be shot in the back of the head.
