    Why not run its course?

So now there is “Delta”. It is suppose to be x times more contagious. Why not just get out if the way and let it run its course? Seems to me the virus would exhaust possible hosts quickly. That is “Science”. Or do we just say “Science” when it fits our stance these days?

We have done this in day cares and elementary schools for decades.

Probably because this time next year it will be the Alpha variant, twice as strong as Delta!!!

It a virus- If you let slow to course you give it more time to mutate and live. That is the Science Im referring to. Everything points this direction through the Science of viruses.

Hell, I've been saying this since the first onset of rona and the ensuing lockdown 1.0

These viruses are natures way of flushing the toilet, pandemics have been happening since man fell out of trees

While I tend to agree with you, the virus mutates most during "mass" infections, like Delta came out of India's mass infections. It may mutate to a less infectious variant all the way to a end of days variant. The virus will mutate all over the world so what we do here will have a minimal effect.

Brian- Science says otherwise unless they changed textbooks since I was a Wildlife major in college.

Delta was yesterday, today it’s Delta Plus.

Whether anybody gets out of the way or not, it will run its course quickly. You can't stop a virus - especially with a vaccine that doesn't stop the virus. The big push is, at best, a well-intentioned futile effort. At worst, it's a manipulative attempt to cash in on people's fear before the fast spreading strain burns itself out.

Didn't we ask this question 18 months ago when Covid first hit?

They will have to put the vaccine card on legal paper by the time they get done with all the boosters!
