    RPM act please support!

Ssign this quick letter to show support for the act, the EPA has begun to crack down hard on several large and small businesses that are doing dyno tuning and modifying to the emissions.

I am trying to find a dyno that will help me fine tune my older supercharged mustang and I am finding out that most shops now are hesitant when I ask them bc of the new crack on regulations. Biden and his army of trolls are trying their best to control every aspect of our lives.

On a side note the stang is almost done! Just need to finish the fuel system and the contor fan and msd digital ignition wiring

That doesn't look like a dedicated race car LOL....Let's not pretend these emissions free cars aren't hitting the street. To be clear, race cars shouldn't be required to follow emissions standards if they stay off public roads. Additionally, there is the "safety" factor that keeps a lot of cool cars out of American. As of last year, you could FINALLY import a 1995 R34 and drive it legally on American streets. Those laws are ridiculous. If I want to drive w/o an airbag, I should be allowed.

But let's not pretend these cars on racetrack only. Come to Houston for TX2K. They are everywhere.

Unrelated, there is at least three reputable Mustang tuning shops here in Houston. Drive on over and get it tuned! Or better yet, buy the dyno time, and tune it yourself. I've been considering that on my GT350, but baby #2 showed up last month, and I haven't had free time. Not to mention re-tuning the suspension.

There are some big things not mentioned in this thread about what the EPA is doing.

They are coming down on ALL kinds of motorsport that is based off of factory production vehicles, AND the engines that came in them. Want to build a sand rail or a rock bouncer? That’s fine, but you CAN NOT use an LS block, or ANY other motor that was once in a production vehicle. They are coming down on ALL motorsports, not just tuners. They are also coming down on suppliers of software used to tune your own vehicle.

Basically, the EPA is trying to make it illegal to modify your vehicle, AT ALL!! That means no aftermarket exhaust, no headers, no different injectors, no tuning, absolutely nothing.

I have signed it and I encourage everyone else to sign it too.
