Its the same tactics the FBI and our government have been using since the beginning of the "war on terror". Back then it was young Muslim men coerced into going along in a terror plot that was concocted by our intelligence agencies to make scared Americans give up their freedom for safety. Now they are using the same tactics against "domestic terrorist" to give more power and funding to our military industrial complex. The fact that even right wing politicians aren't coming out against this tells you all you need to know.

BLM protests are subject to this same interference by intelligence agencies to manufacture consent. Any peaceful protest that turns violent, you can pretty much guarantee a government operative was sent there to cause damage giving them a "green light" to crack down. No matter the side, if it goes against the powers that be, it will get squashed.

Exactly, the drug war and criminal justice system have put many less fortunate people in prison using suspect tactics just to make a name for themselves. Especially when they started building prisons for profit. Minorities have a huge leg to stand on when it comes to racism in law enforcement using the drug war as a cover.

I don’t think the entrapment claim can be cast that wide. You think every crack slinger in America was in contact with a federal agent? I don’t think so. Maybe a small percentage early on to get things rolling, but after that it was pretty self propelled.
