Why do people insist on using the Bible in an argument with someone that doesn't believe the Bible? I guess that's all you have? "The Bible says this or the Bible says that". Have any thoughts of your own floating around between those ears? Or are you waiting for God to tell you what to think and say? I'm not right about anything because I don't care to be right. I live life how I see fit. If I sin according to you oh well. Will I lose sleep over it? Nope. I'm a sinner. I sin everyday. It changes nothing about my future. I just don't try to justify my sins. I sin because I like it.

How can you not believe in God but believe in sin? Or right and wrong for that matter?

Don't believe in God or sin. It's just easier to say sin because most understand that word. I do right by others. I treat people the way I want to be treated. Simple. Anything else I feel like doing I do. As long as it's within the boundaries of the law. I have no record and never been to jail. But I most certainly don't ask forgiveness for living my life. Some feel the need to be servants I don't.

I've stayed out of this thread (and most threads on here lately). I know threads like this seldom, if ever change anyone's mind about their belief or unbelief in Almighty God, however Danno, I am compelled by The Spirit to write these words to you. Frankly, I don't give a rip whether you read 'em or for dang sure whether you have a change of heart because in the earthly sense of things, I don't like you. After reading many of your posts over the years, I put you on my ignore list a long time ago because I have never seen you post anything worth reading and for dang sure not worth quoting or repeating.

But having said that, I will tell you this.
I believe every word of the Bible (original texts) is God-breathed and true. It was written down by men led by the Holy Spirit as they went along. The Bible is everything we need in order to know God and His Truth. That Bible tells me clearly that if I believe in him and confess it, if I put my faith in His one and only Son Jesus Christ, I will be saved and I will spend my eternal life in His presence in total happiness and joy that is beyond measure. There will be no sadness, sorrow, suffering, pain or unhappiness in His presence. I made that profession of faith at the age of 20 and was baptized at the age of 22. I have done my best to live for Christ more and more as I go through life... Now I believe this to be true and am willing to die for that belief.
You on the other hand flat deny God's existence and you have rejected Almighty God. You said so in various posts in this thread. I've seen similar posts from you in other threads as well. You have NO FEAR of God for you do not believe He exists.



Well let me tell you something... If you are right and I (along with many others who have posted their belief in God Almighty in this thread and others) are all wrong and you are 100% correct, then it's no big deal for you or for us either... You have apparently enjoyed your life to this point and when it's over, it will end and that will be the end of your soul (if you believe you even have a soul). BUT IF we are right and you are wrong, let me tell you a little bit of what is going to happen to you...
Everyone has a soul and our soul will spend eternity somewhere. You soul will be a conscious soul and will feel pain, feel happiness, will see and be seen. You will be alive again. That Bible you have rejected tells us what is to become of EVERYONE. It says that EVERY knee will bow and EVERY tongue will confess Jesus Christ as LORD. EVERYONE will at some point know that He is real. Those of us that through faith have come to understand and believe it on the green side of the grass, will spend eternity with God in peace and happiness and rejoicing and praise directly face to face with Almighty God. We will walk with Him and fellowship with Him for all eternity. For those of you who rejected God until death and come to understand who Jesus is on the dirt side of the grass, you will spend eternity in hell and ****ation. You will burn but you will not be consumed. You will be tormented with pain and suffering that is beyond belief, yet you will not die. You will suffer like this for all eternity and there will be no breaks, no let up. It will be constant... If you want to get a tiny bit of feeling of what you will know, go stick you finger in the midst of the next real campfire you see and hold you finger there for just a few seconds... Your whole body, head to toe, inside and out will know that pain CONSTANTLY forever!!


Now are you willing to just shrug that off and forget it? Are you willing to take that chance? If so, I pity your poor soul.

Yep I'm willing to take that chance before worshipping a God that murderd and tortured his so called children. A God that makes bets with the devil and allows his favorite pet's family to be killed just to prove a point is not worth a second of my time. I mean this is all in your Bible not mine. I believe when we die that we just cease to exist. I'm good with that.

So by your definition you are good at doing what your told and living according to other peoples beliefs. But your terrible at living your life according to your own beliefs...... You do realize, that you are living in a country that is founded on the very principles you say dont exist?

You said you believe the law you "obey" is determined by the society you live in determined on what that society interprits to be "right" and "wrong". It just so happens you live in a society, where the laws, you obey, were determined by a bunch of God fearing men. That's why it says "In God We Trust" on our money. The laws you obey are based on right and wrong from a biblical standpoint. Because of what you said is true there wouldn't be a right and wrong. If I believed what you believe I dang sure wouldn't follow the "rules" of a bunch of idiots like a sheep!!!

Danno, if you have an open mind, read the Bible. Read all the chapters. Read with an open mind. Could start off by reading a study of the interrelated prophesies documented hundreds of years apart. So we're not telling you what you must do, just inviting you to do it so you may understand why some of us respect the Book.
Not to mention its based on Love.

put ten marbles in your pocket numbered 1 to 10. start pulling the marbles out until you pull all out in numerical order. you might get it if you live to 150. then think for a moment the simple number 10 compared to millions of dna sequence required to for intelligent life.
Then go out tonight and start counting the stars. wonder if there was an intelligent creator or if the big bang is the real majic. again not telling you to do this, just inviting because it can bring peace

It's simple I follow the law to stay out of jail. I lose my job if I'm in jail. I lose my ability to provide for my family if I'm in jail. The laws are made by people in power. I follow them to stay financially responsible for my family. Not from fear of burning in a lake of fire. But put whatever spin you want on it to be right. Does it make you feel better? You say God made all these rules and I say he didn't. According to your Bible he also said Thou shall not kill. I sure see a lot of people here including my self in favor of capital punishment. See I'm good with sinning and apparently most on here are too.
