Bill Cosby is out of prison

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court overturned Bill Cosby’s indecent assault conviction on Wednesday.
The high court tossed the comedian’s conviction for assaulting Andrea Constand because of a non-prosecution agreement Cosby had with a prior prosecutor.
Cosby was released from prison because of the ruling, which bars him from being tried again in the case.

Seems like that's on the defense and judge to impeach evidence that's not admissible. I haven't read the decision though.
