Ted Cruz in favor of vaccine passports?

Ted Cruz and other republicans would like to remove the mask requirement on airplanes for vaccinated travelers. This seems like a good and reasonable idea. The question is, how can you do that without vaccine passports? You certainly couldn’t rely on the honor system as it has already been shown that lots of unvaccinated people would be willing to lie about it to get away with not wearing a mask. So, I guess he must be thinking vaccine passports would be ok in this situation. Seems like a bad idea to me.

Doesn’t directly state anything about passports but definitely does say no masks for vaccinated only which certainly begs the question. Also shows he is in favor of vaccinating.

I'm with you rtp. I don't see anything in the article that says he supports vaccine passports. I get the impression that he doesn't support wearing masks at this stage of the game regardless of whether you have been vaccinated or not.
