Bigger story here then some are making of it. This man, Dong, was in one of the highest positions of Chinese Counterintelligence. He said he was visiting his kid here in college, and defected with LOTS of information. Not to the CIA, not to the FBI, to the DIA whom is military. He has been here for a while, giving up information from what Ive read about everything from Wuhan, to 1/3 of all Chinese students in the US are spies, to defrauding a US election, etc.

When the meeting happened in Alaska, the Chinese asked for Dong back. Blinken told them we didnt have him and didnt even know who Dong was really. ****** the Chinese off. The DIA has kept it quiet until now. Something big might be coming from this guy down the road imo. Hopefully they can keep him alive and get all the info he has.
