Those are cool but not even close in diameter or thickness to what I've seen in ALL of the videos floating around... And another reason I call the videos BS is because none of these "magnetized" people are freaking out as they should be.. They all just laugh and giggle.. Surely all of them are not that brain dead...... Oh wait!!

That's how China does it. They mandate every person have a cell phone. Must use your cell phone to buy food, obtain medical care, travel, every thing. Plus, they use facial recognition software everywhere. See? No microchips in the bodies needed.
