Increased penalties for blocking traffic sounds good. Jail time might be a little extreme when murderers can get off with a few years.
Immunity for people who mow down protesters might be a bigger deterrent. In the current environment I think it may promote vehicular assaults.

Sounds similar to other self defense regs. Need to be in fear for life or serious bodily injury. Crazy that we need laws to protect the innocent from escaping a potentially deadly situation.
