The universal back ground check HR 8 will be the start of a national gun registry. This is the first step to gun control. All guns will have to be bought using an FFL & I'm assuming any gun trades, gifts or inheritance will have to also. If HR 8 passes in the senate it will be the beginning to the end for all gun owners.
