I can assure you from personal experience that its much more than a strong pinch! My turn at riding the lightning was the longest 5 seconds of training in my life!!! I can also tell you from personal experience sometimes they work and sometimes they dont. Clothes can interfere, probes might not have made good contact, and people are just different. Just like a animal some will fold quick and some will keep running /fighting when they should be dead!

She got what she deserved! The officer survived and thats whats important.
