Doubt anyone goes to jail. The liberal courts will all side with them with maybe some probation.

I thought burnAdell said he did not see how they could be blamed. But they are resigning.

I bet they have a hard time finding any replacement volunteers for that board. Although it is a brilliant job by deflecting blame away from PUC and Texas Legislature.

Last I looked I thought only 5 of the 15 got any pay, and one of those is the CEO which can be an employee and on the board. I wonder if those others were paid for consulting.

These three resigned back in December. I wonder why some board positions are paid and some are voluntary positions.
